Our principle Seth Gerstin started in the medical industry in the 80’s distributing with durable medical equipment.

On a visit to one of his existing clients, the physician asked Seth if he ever got paid from the insurance carrier on the equipment his patient received.  The answer was yes! Not only was the doctor dumbfounded, but so was Seth when the physician lamented he still has not received payments for the actual treatment!

Wondering how this could happen, Seth went to his other clients and was told the same thing!  Providers were not getting paid for their treatments.

This information transformed Seth into what we have today; decades of establishing relationships with the insurance payors.
